Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receiving your order. The following conditions must be met:

  • The order still contains all original parts and components, and the packaging is the same as when the product arrived.

  • The product has only been handled in a standard way; any breakage due to improper handling is excluded.

  • For hygiene-sensitive items, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.

  • The product was identified as defective immediately upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to charge shipping fees to the customer.

  • Returns are processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this time frame.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to reasons not caused by us.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If your order meets the above criteria, please follow these steps to initiate your return:

Send an email to: support@annasboutique-newyork.com
Make sure your email includes the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo of the item (in case of damage)

  • First and last name of the customer

  • Customer's address

We will contact you with the correct return address.
Do not send the item back to the sender’s address – we will provide the correct address after your return request.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

CANCELLATIONS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions if they are natural persons entering into a legal transaction for purposes not related to their trade, business, or profession.

A. CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (not the carrier) have taken possession of the last item.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon purchase.
Therefore, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process once it has started, which is why cancellations and refunds are only possible after receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us – Anna's Boutique – by providing a clear statement (e.g., by email) expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal process is completed once we have received the returned item. The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

ITEMS IN TRANSIT

Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times beyond our control.
If your order is already on its way to you, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait until the package arrives, then return it to us.
Of course, you may still notify us of your cancellation in advance.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please send us a shipping confirmation once the item has been returned.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (except where you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard free shipping), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive both your cancellation notice and the returned item.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
